LES parents, as you begin preparing and purchasing supplies for the start of the 2020-2021 school year, please add an extra cloth mask to your child's supply list. Students will be required to wear a mask while on the school bus, reporting to class, transitioning to activities, traveling to and from the cafeteria or during instances where adequate social distancing cannot be established. The extra mask will be kept at school in case your child's mask ear loops break, it becomes soiled or another situation arises where he/she may need a replacement mask. We ask that you send your child's extra mask to school (on their first day of attendance) in a Ziplock bag with his/her name on it.
We will be sharing several resources (wearing masks, proper hand hygiene, social distancing, etc.) for you as you begin working with your child and preparing him/her for the upcoming school year. Although things may look a little different for us, we are eager to have our babies back at school and we are here to help you anyway we can.
