Our Back-to-School Summer Registration will be held Wednesday, July 24th and Thursday, July 25th from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Registration packets for NEW STUDENTS can be accessed at https://4.files.edl.io/…/220630-1bae9da4-2061-4cac-bbd7-54d…. The packet can be completed, printed and brought with proofs of residency to registration. Registration packets for RETURNING STUDENTS have already been preprinted for your convenience and will be available to you when you attend one of our summer registration sessions. (It is NOT necessary for RETURNING STUDENTS to complete a packet; parents/guardians will verify information that is already on file.) Please remember that ALL RETURNING STUDENTS MUST PRE-REGISTER DURING THIS TIME.
BOTH returning and new students must provide two proofs of residency to register. Acceptable proofs of residency include: home mortgage/property deed, rental/lease agreement for apartment or house, utility bill (only ONE may be submitted and NO cell phones bills can be accepted), food stamp certification, Medicare and Medicaid (MAILED) information, insurance policy on house or apartment, automobile tag receipt registration or driver's license (If you use a driver's license as a proof, you must also have a utility bill as an additional proof). NO OTHER DOCUMENTS will be accepted. Proofs must be current and dated within the months of June 2019 and July 2019.
New students and prospective kindergarten students must also register during this time. Students turning 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2019 are eligible to register. Registration documents can also be completed online, printed and brought to registration. Other required documents for NEW students are: birth certificate, Mississippi Immunization Form 121, a parent photo ID, student social security card and guardianship/custodial papers (if applicable). Unfortunately we cannot accept any incomplete registration packets.
